Due diligence has been exercised in the preparation of your advertisement, and all known precautions have been taken to ensure accuracy. However, despite these efforts, errors may still occur. Therefore, please review your proof very carefully. Any reprints resulting from errors on your proof are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Responsibility and Liability
iCareCommunity Magazine assumes no responsibility for any warranties or misrepresentations, implied or direct, contained in your advertisement. All ads and information are the sole property of the advertiser; we act solely as the medium for conveying the advertiser's content. By signing proofs, accepting ads via email, or making payment, customers agree that the ads are ready for printing and accept full responsibility.
Contract Renewal and Cancellation
Advertisers under contract will automatically renew unless we receive a cancellation notice by mail or email at least 25 days before the next issue’s print date. Month-to-month advertisers must also provide notice to discontinue at least 25 days prior to the next print date by mail or email. This policy applies to digital advertisers as well.
Payments and Ownership
All final products belong to iCareCommunity. Payments must be received 10 days before printing.
