Exclusive Interview with Brandon Harris, Audibel Hearing Care Centers

Hi Brandon. Please give us a short introduction.

I am a licensed hearing aid specialist serving the Martin County community by helping those struggling with hearing loss. Growing up in a home impacted by the effects of hearing loss and discovering the life altering differences the gift of hearing can make in an individual’s life and their families, I’ve always known I wanted to move it forward and give people their lives back, help them strengthen relationships with loved ones and protect them from the self-isolation hearing loss tends to cause.

When and why did you move to the Treasure Coast?

I’ve lived nearly all my life in the beautiful Treasure Coast, with most of my family living in Indian River County. I am a Floridian born and raised, and absolutely love it here in my home state.

Tell us about your family.

My family and I are very close, I grew up in a household of 5 and we are always pushing each other to become the best we can be, and I thank God for them every day. I would not be where I am today without them.

What do you love about what you do, and what inspires you?

My favorite part about helping the hearing impaired is hearing all their stories about how something as seemingly simple as hearing, has made an enormous impact in their lives. I love being able to help others and do my part for my community. Knowing there are so many other families experiencing the same struggles I have experienced growing up, inspires me to work harder in reaching as many people as possible to spread awareness of the effects of hearing loss.

Please give a short story about how your business has helped people.

Many families come to me in tears. Their relationships with friends and loved ones falling apart. This is a very emotional process for many families and what we have been able to do here at Audibel is nothing but extraordinary. We give people their lives back! Whether it be grandparents hearing their grandchildren for the first time, husbands and wives being able to communicate again, or parents reconnecting with their children. We give our patients everything they need to live the quality of life they deserve.

What are your future plans?

I am currently partnering with assisted living facilities and local doctors to provide overall better care for patients and extend my services beyond Martin County. I plan to expand my partnerships to help even more people and spread awareness even further.

What is your philosophy on business and in life?

The most important thing in business and in life are relationships. The difference between a good business and a great business is how much you genuinely care about your staff and customers. And the same thing goes in our personal lives, when we care about others and our relationships, we go out of our way for them and that is what sets us apart.
